Service Description

This small group fitness class for moms and babies incorporates fundamentals from Pilates, dance, and other practices. Includes singing, creative movement and basic sign language for the little ones. FIRST CLASS IS FREE! See "Free First Class" listing (previous page). Minimum 24-hours advance booking or cancellation required. 3-student minimum / 10 maximum per class. No summer classes July & August.
