Babies are welcome (but not required) at this small group Pilates series for new and expecting moms that will help you build foundational strength before and after childbirth. Learn how to engage and release your pelvic floor, tap into your deep core, alleviate common joint discomfort, and address postpartum issues such as diastasis recti, prolapse, and incontinence. Meet other local moms and get ready for anything that moves you!
Small group training (3 - 5) allows for individual corrections and some customization, making an affordable alternative to my highly detailed private sessions (recommended for those with special needs or injuries). One private recommended before joining.
I can’t recommend Greta and her classes enough! I wish I had taken them in the first year after giving birth. If you have a little one, find a way to take this class!
