FIND YOUR FLOOR

In this 90-min. workshop, learn how to strengthen and release your pelvic floor muscles, or find them in the first place. They're intricately linked to our deep core stability, our breath, and every transfer of weight through our feet, yet many feel baffled by, or even ashamed of this area. A common missing link in addressing low back, hip, knee and foot pain, these muscles serve as a “pilot light” for surrounding pelvic and lumbar stabilizers.
Rather than isolated Kegels, which can build tension if done incorrectly, training the pelvic floor dynamically through movement is the current recommended protocol for pelvic floor health and for treatment of symptoms like incontinence and organ prolapse.
Greta's unique curriculum approaches this work through the skeleton vs. soft tissue, making the concepts accessible to anyone and comfortable for a mixed-gender classroom. Everyone has a pelvic floor!
We'll work through a gentle, progressive curriculum of precisely guided movements, created and curated from the principles behind physical therapy, Pilates, and yoga. Learn to integrate your pelvic floor and deep core into your favorite activities and daily life with new insights and images.
