Floor to Core is a focused and effective exercise curriculum that is safe and adaptable for anyone of any gender, in any stage of life, including during pregnancy and the postpartum period or through menopause and the senior years. Through a gentle blend of Pilates, yoga, and physical therapy exercises, learn how to recruit your pelvic floor and deep core to create a buoyant, reflexive base of support for anything you love to do. Learn to self-assess your patterns, troubleshoot pain, and make micro adjustments to greatly improve how you feel, move, and live.
