Whether beginning from scratch or returning from a break, this series is for anyone who loves to move in new ways. In this progressive series we'll solidify our foundational technique and learn to sequence choreography, eventually building together a dance in a collaborative artistic process. For those with more experience, working in the studio together should feel like a warm welcome home. Been decades? This 50+ friendly class is the place for you.

All Movewell Dance classes are now presented through the Healdsburg Dance Collective, a local dance organization supporting independent teachers through shared resources and dance advocacy. Scholarships and payment plans available.
